I use a knuckleball a lot of the time but you want speed and accuracy, hmmm.

Well I would work on some arm strength exercises and upper-body ones as well. When you pitch your chest should lead your body and use your arm in a sort-of slingshot effect which is crucial to speed. I did adapt a windup like Dontrelle Willis without the leg kick because it builds momentum. If you use your feet to push off harder but more fluent, you'll see some difference as well.

For accuracy? Practice, Practice, Practice. Though I did learn after your lift your leg up and point your toe down, on the way down wherever your foot points the ball will go in the direction of it. Not too sure about that though.

For accuracy, use a Rocker step. When you face the plate, first take a step back with the front leg and then bring the leg up. This is known as a Rocker step and greatly improves accuracy.

For speed, make sure you use your legs. Legs are the most important part of pitching and using the power in your legs will improve pitching speed.

Keep your stance and release point relatively compact for accuracy. As time goes on, then tweak it for stretching out more velocity. Keeping all your flailing arms and legs in proper balance is the main thing.
