people still use it, but a dis and a burn isn't the same thing anymore, when u get dissed it means people got rid off you, they didn't want you around stuff like that, a burn is like when u still sleep with a stuffed animal and everyone starts laughing

I still hear "dis"...disappointed, disheartened, disgusted...

in some places it's still being used, but now in tha hood, the words "ho" or "Joe" is the term used when someone feels like they're being toyed with.....Example: "Staright up pimp? you tryin to ho me?"
