With all the states i've visited Oklahoma is the best i've seen to live in. Oklahoma has the nicest people you will ever meet, an almost zero crime rate, booming economy, and one of the best education systems in the World. The weather is normally warm year round and hot during the summer. There are cities that have everything that larger cities have but without the cons the larger cities come with. There is alot to do in Oklahoma and it is not hard to fall in love with the state.

I would have to say Kentucky...but thats only if you like country life and small time living (its so beautiful here by the way). But if you are a city person, I wouldn't know because I've never lived in a big city besides Atlanta.

Any state on the west coast. They're weather is definitely nicer than anywhere else. That's probably why they're cost of living is so high...like CA. So I'd go with Oregon or Washington.

depends, how rich r u? if ur average, then any state is cool. its how you live, not where you live. everyone just hates there home town and cant wait to get out of it because they've been there all there life and just want a change of pace. but if you know how to have fun, then any state is cool. i live in anchorage, alaska. cool little town. 20 hours of daylight in the summer.

Denial.
give me my 10 points..
EDIT: I hate to break it to you Ratzrcute, but Alaska is more than TWICE the size of Texas. So there is something bigger. And if you flattened West Virginia, it would be bigger too.
