Simon Girty was a white man. He had 2 brothers, Jim and George. They were fighting against the British in the revolutionary war and they deserted. They went to the Indians and convinced them to fight on the side of the British. They helped engineer the massacre of the Indians at Gnadahuttun, and committed other atrocities. They kidnapped white women and eventually killed them, they tortured young boys. Most of where they caused trouble was in Ohio and West Virginia.
