You have a great lineup, good power and average (plus steals) are your strong points. Having guys like Hawpe and Ensberg on the bench is also pretty significant. Dunno about Patterson as UTIL.

But your pitching is just plain ugly. Rogers is a great pitcher and will get you wins but the rest are having par to subpar seasons. Garcia has looked good at times and Maddux is average too. But find some closers and see if you can unload Molina (only need 1 C in fantasy baseball).

I like this team and it has a good chance of winning it all. The rotation seems questionable to me because you have some good veterans on your staff but I don't know how long their arm is going to hold before they go on a "monstrous" slump. With the depth that you have on offense, I would suggest using that to upgrade the staff. Some of you reserves that you can offer can probably be Ensberg, Molina, Hawpe, or Guillen and get value back. Keep check of Atkins to see if he is available and pick him up, as well as Cabrera (51 straight games he's been on base, tying an Angels record). You can probably afford to cut Rodriguez and get someone else.

great lineup but pitching needs improvement. 1st off, you need at least one more closer. 2nd, just get btr pitchers. dump wandy, c if u can get vazquez, capuano, contreras or haren. these are all cheap, good pitchers. do not b afraid to trade quality hitting 4 quality pitching. a lot of people dont know this, but one should only have a maximun of 2 hitters on the bench; and just load up on pitchers

Great team. Here's a suggestion: PUT BRAD HAWPE INTO YOUR LINEUP. He's worked wonders for my fantasy team. Try to trade some of your pitchers for good closers, such as Wagner, Rivera, Gordon, etc.

Take a look at John Lester (SP) for Boston. The kid looks like he's for real. He's probably available on waivers as not too many people have noticed him yet.

I agree that this team looks good. The only suggestion I have is try to find another closer if you can.
