i havent seen the austin powers films, but green day did an instrumental called 'Espionage' that was used for The Spy Who Shagged Me (i dont know whether that is the 1st or 2nd but i hope i was helpful)
you can buy the soundtrack on amazon or the album shenanigans by green day has the track
