I don't. I was just wondering about everyone else.

I think if done professionally Republicans can raise good points. If you are looking for them on here, on either side, you will be sorely mistaken. People let their emotions control the real need for solution.

I am not really a full scale liberal, but I will say that Republians have a whole lot of policies that sound good or look good, but when you look at it logically and practically, most of the time these policies fall apart. The sad thing is that Republican ideals are actually good American ideals for the most part, but most of the Republican party is so corrupted and delusional that they show themselves as a bunch of hipocritical, judgemental, self righteous kooks. There actually have been Republicans with integrity at some points in history, and even today, but they just happen to be very few an far between. Nowadays the Republican party is in the clutches of corporate special interests, foreign special interests, and religous extremists, eventually real Americans on their side may realise that and do something about it, but I don't see that happening any time soon. Oh and just to be fair, the Democrats are'nt perfect either, but if you compare the two today, it's like you either trust someone that had a couple speeding tickets or you trust someone that is a known murderer- rapist-child molester- thief, but apparently alot of folks would rather trust the latter, I guess it's okay, I mean our kids are the ones that are gonna pay the real price.

The scary thing is not that Republicans have bad policy, but what the ideology behind the policies has become over the years. Republicans have, today, become Idealists, and those are a scary bunch of people. "Making the world safe for democracy" is a line straight from this ideology. Idealists bascially are universalists who believe that there is one set of morals and ethics for the world to follow, the poor, backward states that oppose us just haven't realized that yet...Imposing their will and morality upon others and going about starting crusades in the name of thier 'superior' ethics is what Idealism says, and the Republicans have evolved into this. Creepy party...

They did free the slaves and were behind the civil rights movement. Their definitely more concerned with individual rights and freedoms and liberties. And you have to admit that they have stayed steady to their beliefs while the rest of us seem to always try to move in a different direction politically and keep everyone confused as to what the party is about.

I know I always have valid and well-supported arguments. I find it tough to find a liberal who can have a calm and reasonable debate without running off to mommy.

I find the liberals often come to the gunfight and tend to forget their bullets. How can you fire away and support your argument if you have no bullets in your guns?

No I don't think they do. They are for big buisness. They aren't out for any of us small people just themselves and people above them. I agree with that other comment about war for no reason and giving more money to the rich......I don't take their side of things. Sorry just my opinion.
