Yes, you can be infertile even with regular periods. You could have a short luteal phase (ovulating, but your period comes before a fertilized egg has a chance to implant). You could have normal cycles, but not producing fluid that will keep the sperm alive long enough for them to fertilize an egg. There are other examples, but you get the idea. But it's more complicated than that. Unless you are charting your fertility signs, you don't actually *know* if you're having regular periods. You could have vaginal bleeding every 34 days and not be having a period *ever*.

Menstruation is vaginal bleeding as a result of ovulation that did *not* result in pregnancy. If you are not ovulating, you could still bleed, but it is not a period.

I would suggest you read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It will explain all of this to you in a lot of detail.

Afraid so! Periods are just your bodys way of getting rid of something it doesnt need but you may not be ovulating as different hormones and levels control both things. Best to try home ovulation tests or recording your BBT to check this and if no luck with that see a doctor. Try not to worry tho as there are lots of things that can be done now to help once you find out what the problem is. Remember it might not be you if there is a problem could be your man so you both need to be checked! Good Luck!

One of the main causes of infertility is undetected std's such as chlamydia as it does'nt give any symptoms. Another cause is not ovulating but that can be detected via a bloodtest. It's just a case of being checked thoroughly to rule all these out.

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant herehttps://tr.im/LGfwD
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.
