Black eyeliner is great for any color eyes... My eyes are blue too, I use a bright yellowish gold eyeshadow, with black liquid liner on top and blue shadow lined with a defining pencil below my lower lashes, it really brings out the blue!!!

I have blue eyes and use blue quite a bit.
When I was on a beauty trining day not that long ago they said brown is a really good colour with blue eyes because it brings the blue out but blue eyeliner also works.
Black works as well because it creates a striking effect, probably best for nighttime, in the meantime I would recommend brown.
I love avon color trend eyeliner- I have really sensitive eyes and they don't irritate it or wash off even though i do it above my lashes (lower lid)

I have bright blue eyes and sometimes i use black eyeliner not just under my eye but on the skin next to the eye. Also grey is a great colour for bringing out blue eyes but its best to put it in the same place as i said before. Purple is another good one.

I have blue eyes and I use black eyeliner because it definitely works the best to bring out the blue. But.. if you are fair and have brown hair then brown eyeliner looks really nice too. Blue eyeliner tends to make blue eyes look more greenish because they are competing against the blue of the liner! And green doesn't really work because it highlights any goldy flecks you might have in your eyes instead of showing off the blueness. But there are many different shades of blue eyes, so experiment then you will know for sure whats best for you!

DO NOT USE BLUE EYELINER!! You should never use the same color eyeshadow or eyeliner as your eye color it makes your eyes appear washed out. Black is good, but it also depends on how you apply the eyeliner to recieve the best results. So heres a little info for you.
Good Luck!
=)
Step One (PICKING OUT EYELINER): For a natural look, use Bonne Belle "Midnight Bark" (a brown shade) for the bottom of your eye. (If you are blonde, there's a nice almondy colour also by Bonne Belle. I love Bonne Belle because it's reasonably priced!) For the top lid, you can pick a slightly darker colour, determining if you wear mascara or not. I use Bonne Belle "Soft Black".
Step Two (APPLYING TOP LID): Taking your two fingers (of the non-dominant hand) gently pull back your top eyelid so that your lash line is straight. (This makes it easier to make a straight continuous line). Then, take your dominant hand (this hand should hold the eyeliner pencil) and gently make a soft line very as close as you can to your lash line. Open that eye and see how it looks. If it turns out a little crooked, just wash it off and try again. Practice makes perfect! Repeat to the other top eyelid.
Step Three (APPLYING TO BOTTOM OF EYE): I don't ever do my inner rims; it can damage your eyes. Taking your lighter colour, gently follow your natural bottom lash line. If it looks a little too harsh, gently take your two index fingers and wipe gently under your eyes. gently! This will take a little off so the eyeliner isn't really that obvious.
& as a tip at the end of the day always remeber to wash off your makeup!

depends on the rest of your face tone. I have blue eyes and am quite pale(until the summer!) but i use black/brown eyeliner its a mixture of the two colours so it gives you good definition without creating a harsh line. Hope that helps!

Go to the makeup section at a local retailer (ie Walmart or Target). Almay has makeup products that are designed for your eyecolor. I have the whole set and I LOVE it. It really makes your eyes stand out. The liner in the set is a bronzy brown. For everyday use I use a pencil but on nights out I like to play it up with the liquid liner. Its Awesome.

I have recently discovered that if you use white eyeliner on the inside of your lower lid underneath your original black liner that it does something to your eye colour called "POP" which means it enhances your eye colour and also the white liner up against the white of your eye makes the whites of your eyes more brighter as well.

If i use black and it makes me look like a herion taker. I tend to use soft greys and blues. Avon does a great range of eyeliner called a glimmerstick that is like a crayon. I hate liquid because it blots and pencils tend to be thick and brittle.
