o.k. i've never seen hostel(AND NEVER WILL!!!!!)because i can't handle scenes like those.just watching the trailer makes me want to throw up.
(I THINK THERE R SOME THINGS THE HUMAN EYES R NOT MEANT 2 SEE).
but the only thing im interested about is how the 3 guys got there(SKIP THE TORTURE)and how the spanish dude got out.thats all i care about.
what also intrigues me about HOSTEL 2(i read an article w/ eli roth)is that the guy that escaped is going 2 be in the 2nd one and its going to show how that experience effected him. also he slowly losing his mind because of that horrific experience.
but this time(I THINK THIS IS EVEN MOOOORE DISTURBING)there are going 2 be 3 girls.they're going to be hiking in italy and you all know the rest.
can someone tell me how he escaped?

Well, he was able to kill the guy that was supposed to kill him. He then ran off quetly struggling with his ankle cut up. After all that, he went into disquise and acted like one of the employes there. He then saw one of the employes burning a girls face with a torch. So, he went in there and killed the employee. He then escaped out of the building in a car. They got to the train station and realized they were being followed. They had one chance to escape on a train but the "bad people" were looking for them all around. So the lady whose face was burnt out(oh yea, her eye ball was sticking out) jumped on a track when a train was coming to distract them people. So as soon as their attention turned on the now smashed by a train girl, the guy hopped on the train.

i've seen hostel far too many times now... yeah, the idea seemed sick but that's the point right? really? there's going to be a sequel. well, then. i'm sure i'll be watching that one. :)
okay, the spanish dude you speak of (jay hernandez) and his other friend got in Europe because they were on vacation and they wanted to hook up with european women. they picked up an icelander while they were backpacking. together, they looked for more girls, and sex, of course. so there's the answer to your first question.
how the spanish dude got out is the more difficult one to narrate and explain because there's gore in it but anyway, to save you from all the torture stuff, i'll simply say, he got out mainly because of the stupidity of the guy who bought him (and wanted to torture and kill him - that's the way it goes) and because of the help of people along the way, including the Japanese girl he rescued but committed suicide (when she did, he got on a train away from that horrible place). i hope i answered your question. :) and thanks for the info about hostel 2. :)

I saw the first one as well and let's just say that I won't be touring over there anytime soon. They may turn me into barbecue..lol. I thought the first one was ok overall. I am glad that I waited until it hit blockbuster. There is going to be a hostel 2..oh no!!

sounds like you really want to see this movie. I've seen it but I don't remember how the guy escaped. All I remember is when the guy was tortured and then that spanish guy came to save the chinese lady but unfortunately she killed herself (jumped in front of a speeding train).

I saw the first one and i thought it was actually pretty good! The scenes could be a little graphic though. I wounder how the second one will tie in
