It was probably already decided a long time ago in discussions between FIFA and the teams involved.

To the person who didn't understand the question. The problem is that Brazil and Australia both play in almost identical colours, so they can't both wear there first preference kit during their game against each other, one team will have to wear their secondary colours.

As for which team will wear which, only time will tell. I don't think it's the kind of thing FIFA put on their website.

Brasil wore yellow...I think the "home team" since there must be one per match even during the cup...gets to decide on their shirts..

Each team has two colours.
The FIFA rule says that the "home team" has to change it in case there is a conflict with the "away team".

It depends on who has more points. Since brazil has more points that australia, brazil will wear yellow

have no idea...in other events the host will always wear their main jersey while the competing team will wear their secondary one...

maybe a coin toss for world cup?? haha....
