i am currently trying so that means month to month i never know if i am pregnant, the past 3 days when i sneeze it tightens up in my i guess pelvic area, why is that?

I have no idea, but it doesn't sound like anything related to pregnancy. It *could* possibly be a sign that you are about to ovulate or have recently ovulated. Or it could be nothing to do with getting pregnant, either. Talk to your doctor.

It naturally happens. It's a kegel response to prevent yourself from peeing a little when you sneeze. When women start "trying" they become more aware of senstivie too all the normal things that happen in a body because, suddenly, we are demanding magic from our very selves.
Take this new sensitivity and use it to take excellent care of yourself. Lots of nutritious food, gentle exercise, relaxation time and extra sleep.

well it does not mean you are pregnant you should see a doctor
