I need a home remedy spray mixture for yard bugs: mosquitos, fleas,etc..?

I heard of this mixture a long time ago but I know it worked. It is a mixture of things with water that repel bugs like fleas, mosquitos, etc.. You spray your yard with it 2 or 3 times a week.

If you have a hose end sprayer, put 1 cup lemon scented ammonia (nitrogen) and 1 cup lemon dish soap. Repels mosquitoes and feeds the grass at the same time. Do this twice a week just before dusk or just after dawn. I dont know if it repels fleas or not
