The screen should be in an aluminum frame. Remove the frame and take it to your local hardware store. They will usually rescreen it while you wait and, unless it is an unusually large screen, you should get out for under $25.00.

This can be a do-it-yourself job. If you anticipate the need to rescreen a lot of windows in the future, you might want to consult your hardware man as to the materials and tools needed to do the job. The tools are inexpensive but the trick is to use the correct screen and screen spline. A little practice, and you will be able to do the job yourself as the need arises.

Take the screen frame to your local lumberyard. Chances are, they can put new screen in the frame.
