I am a Republican and a loyal American. My relatives fought in wars to protect your freedom and I respect your son who is in Iraq. I fully support the war. You should be ashamed of trying to cut me down. In case you haven't noticed, most Democrats don't take to well to our God-given contrey all that much anymore.
Food for thought, aye?

You seem to set your question up as though America (or the world, perhaps) is only divided into two competing equal and opposite polar extremes.
To answer your question, personally, no, no I am not a 'left wing zealot'. Nor am I a 'right-wing zealot', nor a funadamentalist partisan of any generalizing church or political party. I believe in 'diversity of thoughts, diversity of beliefs muddying the track between the far left and right oppositions.
Life, political issues, the general operation of all types of society have more than two sides to an issue. There is no absolute right.

I am a Democrat and a loyal American. My relatives fought in wars to protect your freedom and my son is in Iraq right now. You should be ashamed of trying to divide our country.

grab a clue, nahaz; this planet is owned by a small band of fascist psychopaths, who intend among other things, to reduce the world's population by a large percentage as suits their needs. and, they have the will, and the resources to make a serious stab at it. left wing, right wing, etc. are irrelevant. they own all the wings. in reality if a wing had to be mentioned it would be your preference, the reich wing. they care nothing for others, only themselves. they are billionaires, yet will kill to get more. are these the folks you admire? the "elite" success stories? they are greedy and ruthless in their quest for power and control over everything. does this sound healthy to you? if it does, some severe soul searching is in order along with some serious de-programming and long term psychotherapy. good luck

And I'm a Vietnam vet (USMC: 1963-1967 - Chu Lai 1965-1966)
who totally agrees with notyou311.
You can talk the talk, but have you walked the walk? I doubt it.
