nope, u need sunlight for plants to grow and theres no sun in ur stomach.

There's also something called, gastro intestinal fluids, and acids from your stomach, which break down foods. Call me crazy but I don't think either are very fertile for growing apple trees.

Ok... that was the stupidest question I have EVER heard... sun light is required to grow things.. and without it there isn't a good chance it will live let alone grow.. and unless your eating furtilizer and shoving a light for artificial light then.. your ok.. gosh!! ;)

No it wouldn't because the seed would need soil and sun light in your stomache which as you know you don't have and sun light or soil in you stomache. Hope that helps!

No but you could die if you eat to many apple seeds. They contain trace amounts of cynide. (spelling?) NO JOKE!
