Other than worms, what can I use as bait for fish?

I think the rule is, If it stays on the hook then its bait.
Bread. cheese Sweetcorn, Maggots have all been used to a great level of success. Depends on what you are hoping to catch as different fish like different things.
Raid the fridge and try everything you find and then call that your lucky bait .

Well if its for fresh water fishing you can use salmon eggs or just the fake bait or if its ocean fishing you can use other fish cut in pieces,squid,octopus or power bait. Hope this helps, Fish On!

The best thing is look around for insects as bait ..fish love live bait.
Listen to what Min said"and cheak your regulations".Because if you do what elfin420 says and use minnos you could be charged if your caught.
