I guess it depends on how they are talking. If flirting, I don't think that is harmless. The temptation can lead to other things. And...if he loves you so much, why the need for flirting? To just talk about current events and every day things is harmless and I don't have a problem with that. As long as he's not being offcolored with a female, I'm secure.

it depends. if its a casual at work or hang out thing no worries. if the conversation turns into something of a sexual nature you may need to get worried. plus it depends on the people involved. do you trust your man? do you trust the chick he's talking to? do you believe in the love that you two share?
