why doesn't my yahoo window have toolbars?

the window is big has no file or edit or whatever was there this morning where did it go? Won't let me minimize it either
Only yahoo otehr sites have it

Yes like what "Heather" had said U had to press F11 on your keyboard... we do sometime accidently click on it....
