Daydreaming is something we all do. Yet is it positive? Or is it a bad habit?

Humans use scenarios to determine future actions. This planning exercise originates in the frontal lobes and is truly unique among human beings as opposed to animals.

Daydreams based in an alternate reality however are often compensating for needs not being met. This can appear as imaginary friends in children without siblings/neighbor kids to alter-egos in adults who are not getting emotional needs met.

It's both positive and negative.But think about it without dreams life would be really boring.But sometimes you have to snap back to reality you know because daydreaming actually makes you unhappy sometimes when you snap back to reality you realize that it's not true and might never come true.

Daydreaming is like chocolate...Necessary to survival!
I get some of my best ideas for drawings when I daydream.
It is also a good stress-reducing tool.

A very good relaxing technique. Work for me everytime when I am stressedout and tired. It simplify and help solve some issues too at hand.
