A gentleman has a problem with maintaining an erection and has tried viagra, he is 47 years old and has a problem with his esophagus but I dont see what that would have to do with his "member malfunction"

His testerone level could be low and needs to be checked and also if he has high bloodpressure problems it could have damaged the vessel going to his penis that is restricting the blood flow into the penis and sometimes viagra may not help or he may have to increase the viagra from 50 mg to 100 mg, there is surgery that can be done but i would not recommned it no matter what, most insurance will not cover it and it is very expensive and painful, i can tell u more about this if u e-mail me at eagleship2000@yahoo.com

If Viagra isn't doing the trick he needs a complete physical and checkup with a board certified urologist. Odds are he has an enlarged prostate. But it could also be cancer. He shouldn't put this off. In fact, he should have started having yearly prostate exams and PSA (prostate specific antigen) tests when he turned 40. I pray he'll get checked out. Please encourage him to go to the doctor. Sometimes men can be so stubborn. God bless!
