NEUTRAL (N)
Skin Color: Fair/light pink, olive, yellow skin undertones Eye Color: All Hair Color: All
COOL (C)
Skin Color: Blue, pink skin undertones Eye Color: Blue, violet, gray Hair Color: Blonde, brunette
Check these colors out .... look for color on the left margin and choose for eyes.....and then decide which color.... you are a neutrl and warn ....

I think black, because it makes a great contrast.
I have light brown eyes, and when I put on black eyeliner, my eyes look even browner.

use a smoky black eyeliner or a dark brown shimmery eyeliner and avoid green!

i think that black always looks good with hazel eyes or like a greyish brown looks really good as well!!!
