I had the same problem. The black and decker web site said to go to Home Depot or Lowes but they both told me they don't carry replacement chargers and never did. They told me to go to Radio Shack that they would be able to help me. I have not had a chance to go there yet but it is the advice I received.

You can buy a new one from Black and Decker directly.... or usually from the hardware or supply store where you bought it... or, you can often find some new/used chargers on ebay, for cordless tools.
