You title as executrix is not a power of attorney to do what you please. You also have a fiduciary duty to the other heirs. You cannot sign without their permission. If you can't get it or they won't then you need to file a court action for dissolution of the property. Which is going to cost the estate even more money since you do have a right to utilizes those funds for that purpose.

What on earth are you asking this question for on Yahoo, you need a fricking lawyer, obviously you are trying to scam your family out of your dead mother's estate, bad bad bad! Have you no shame? Or you can ask someone down at the trailer park office, maybe they'll know.

Consult with the person that gave you the information. Without reviewing the paper work to read the FINE PRINT, no one here, will be able to give you a true answer, just a guess.

I do work in the banking business as most of you know. I did a search in the data base for Mother Yidiot, and it seems her only asset was a sausage wallet, not a safe deposit box.
