When he murdered all of his generals and other members of the political party (ies ) and civillians in order to RULE with only PUPPETS around him...a mass murderer...no different from hitler or many of the kings of this planet and others like idamen,those of alkida and such...and various presidents in relation to thier own country and others over history....etc....
