I just want to say ONE thing: 4 years ago, 2002 World Cup, KOREA advanced to the quarter finals after the game with ITALY. The referee (Byron MORENO) did what no one else had ever done befor in soccer, and as a result KOREA won the game. Mr. Moreno was right after radiated from refereeing soccer again. NOTE: the World Cup was in Korea-Japan. Anyway, WHAT COMES AROUND GOES AROUND.

I don't think that "what goes around comes around" is a really good way to excuse poor reffing in Soccer. Even if people think that the Korean team was favored by the ref in a previous game, the object of ANY match is fair play (even though Soccer doesn't work like that half the time). Were I Korean, I would have been very upset at that phantom offsides call and goal. Heck, I'm not Korean and I'm irritated. What's up with the refs this year?

I agree with soccer mind. I was so glad these Koreans got what they deserved. You should have seen the arrogance before the game. What were they thinking? They were lucky in 2002.

I've been in Korea too long and need to go home.

Well to answer your question...the Koreans were very upset and still are and as Koreans do, they blame it on someone else. For the first two days they blamed the ref. Now they're blaming the coach.

It's all a big laugh and I'm having the most fun, because an African team got further.

I'd be mad no doubt. But the reality is there have been poor officiating decisions in match after match. Korea benefited from one, France scored a goal on them that wasn't counted. In the swiss game, the bad call went the other way. That's how it goes, sometimes it's up to the team to take the matches out of the ref's hands.

rossonero_2006 you ****ing moron. Do you know your soccer rules? THe ball has to be totally over the line to be counted as a goal. LEE WON JAE managed to hit it out just in time. the ball was 3/4 crossed the line. WATCH THE REPLAYS, READ THE RULES AND REGULATIONS before displaying your stupidity

I watched the game with a Korean friend of mine. She screamed so loud that my ears hurt....Also she thought it was unfair, especially with the offside goal, and she left my place almost crying in the end...poor Koreans, I felt so bad for them...
