I'm 49, it doesnt pump like it used to, so pelvic floor exercises help that, you know, tightening the muscles you use to stop peeing.
The semen, well its just that production drops off in line with production of testosterone. I have read that the best way of increasing testosterone production is heavy weights. do some reps with a bar bell or something, not for toning..use a heavweight so maybe you can only do about 5 or 6 reps at a time. The muscles need testosterone to develop and repair, so this will stimulate T production.
Athletes use steroids, these have thesame effect on your balls.
Finally avoid propecia (for hair loss) Thisis known to reduce semen.

u r getting old - no offense.
testosterone levels drop after the age of 30.
darwinism- survival of the fittest, the young reproduce more frequently then the old and therefore produce more seminal fliud which includes sperm
