There are a million reasons that people don't have safe sex
-Their religious advisor tells them not to
- they don't have access to it
- they don't know about it
- they can't be bothered
- they can't afford it
- they want kids
These are just a few.

Actually, biologically speaking, the more children die, the more people feel a need to procreate. It's survival of the species. And shouldn't the question be, If so many children are dying, why aren't we doing more to save them? cure them? feed them? help them in any way possible? adopt them? Less kids, again, biologically speaking, doesn't mean a better way of life. It just means we die and there is no one to take our place.
Birth rates are dangerously low in places where the majority of the population survives childhood (ie United States). Hunger, disease, and random death are relatively lower in developed countries, versus "third world" countries. So birth rates are lower. Less children are needed to ensure the survival of the species. Less children are needed to support and care for the family (and aging parents). More time is used on personal concern (like education).
So to stop people from having kids who will just die anyway, we need to feed and cure the children about to die. Then the parents won't have to worry about having more kids to take their place.

a lot of times they just have sex, and don't know about the reality of life or they aren't that educated. and its Not their faults that this happened, it s the parents for not TEACHING THEM
