kids, aged 4 and up. I figure 4-6 pee in the pool every day. By the end of the summer the pool has to be 1/3 kid pee right? IF IT WASNT, why do they drain and clean the pool when school starts again? I know its filtered and bleached but its filtered and bleached kid pee! Right?

Well my kids certainly wouldn't be peeing in the pool because If I saw you there my kids wouldn't be going to the pool period. You look really strange, a little crazy and I wouldn't have children around you.

Dont be so harsh on kids! Are there any rules that tell kids NOT to pee? Do the kids know they shouldn't?? I mean, what else do they have to do other than got o the pool over the summer when their parents are working and they dont have anywhere to go. Yes, I dont think they should do it, but there really isnt anyone tellin them, ok, you cant pee here, there's the bathroom. Maybe kids dont want to pee in the bathroom, cuz its dirty and wet and gross. Tell the maintnance people to clean it up! Make it good, and maybe people will actually START going there.

Buy an inflatable kiddie pool and use it for the summer. DO NOT pee in it...it takes very little pee to become a real problem in these 'tubs." Look on the brighter side....swimming in pee is easier than in water..pee is more buoyant than pure water.

Get some of that red dye stuff and test the water when you swim. Its a two for one deal. You make them drain and clean the pool more often and find out if the little kids pee in the pool.Unless you are one of them!!!!!!!!!

I know this sounds bizarre, but urine is actually pretty sterile. Not defending the kids, but you really don't have anything to worry about. With the chlorine in the pool in sufficient amounts, all dangerous elements are neutralized. If it makes you feel safer?..... most pools end up using too much chlorine rather than too little. Just don't swallow!!!lol

I agree with the first dude buy some of that dye and sneak it in to the water. Maybe after a couple of times they will build a separate kiddy pool.
