You can send it using USB Bluetooth Dongle. But It only works for 15 Meter range!

If the mobile phone is your own, see if you have bluetooth, and buy a USB Boothtooth dongle.
This will allow you to send files from your PC to the mobile and vice versa.

there is a site my g/f used to send ringtones and other things to her phone called freeringers.net, i believe there is a trial version or something similar though

when virus can spread from mobile , other data except as text or img can be sendable to mobiles
