Somehow our society decided that you have to be a size 1 to be "beautiful"
Imagine how skinny these women really are, since the camera adds 10 pounds.
Centuries ago heavier women were thought to be beautiful. Look at some of the statues from Rome.
That's why we all should look into a person's eyes and soul and you can tell if there is any real beauty there,

In Hollywood people will make fun of you if your are a little over wait. Magazines will zoom in on you and make you look bigger than you actually are. So stars (the women, men usually don't care) start to think if I stay skinny they won't bug me. It's a cruel life if you are famous. Choose your career wisely.

Because society as a whole looks at thin girls as being beautiful and unless you are thin you are worthless. And someone like Nichole Richie who was brought up in that life ... she probably had so much pressure to be thin and perfect that it was unbearable...

because, one they are always in the public eye and that is how we think these days, and two, if they do movies or a TV show, the cameras they use make you look biiger than they are, and if they gain like 1 pound they can lose their job

because our messed up society tells girls that they must be skinny or guys won't think they're hot. its kinda true with some guys though. freaking shallow! =]
