Generally, when talking about any human characteristics, you should avoid exclusive terms. The fact that you ask if all white men have small ***** means that if there is only one white man in the world without a small dick, the answer is no. I know a white gentleman that had his dick removed. Since he does not have a dick at all, he does not have a small dick. Leaving myself out of it. Both my wife are nurses. We can both attest that penises come in all sizes regardless of the skin tone of the men who possess them.
By the way no men have small penises. Just ask any man if he has a small penis and guarantee not one say "yes." lol
