Right away, before you become "involved" with anyone. If you aren't sure what to say, just tell him. Guys need things in black and white, don't tip-toe around the subject. Some guys don't want to be with someone who is bi, but most I know are more than OK with it.....it is a pretty common fantasy for guys to have a bi gf.
Honesty is the best policy in this situation.

Honesty is so important, you tell any potential's right up front. When I was still trying to date men, I'd let them know right from the giddyup that I was into women and just because i was dating them that it wasn't gonna stop me from dating women.

Never lie that way it can never come back and bite you in the butt.

Be upfront about it. You don't want your partner to feel you were hiding something from him. However, most guys don't seem to mind so much if their girl is bi, because they think they can have threesomes. Be upfront about that, too - what you are and are not into.
Have a pleasant day.

My boyfriend knew before we got together. He is very uncomfortable with the notion of 3sums and such and wants nothing to do with them, which is fine by me. I'm monogamous.

When I've told guys, AND girls, guys thought it was cool and girls usually ignored me after that, thinking I was just a sex-crazed chick who would break hearts and spread disease, I guess.

Be straight-up honest at the beginning. Honesty is the basis for all relationships and if you can't have that then you'll never have a successful relationship.

Probably the best time is at the beginning, but it doesn't really matter. If he's like most men he'll get so horny thinking about it, it may take awhile to get his hands off of his cock
