If all elctrical wires and grounds are good, sounds like a bad module to me, but ignition module should not be powered in accessory position, are you blowing a fuse, in accessory position?ignition switch is not inside column, its on the outside, half way down column, has a long rod to it it is easy to see under dash, you can unplug it and see if truck shuts off

The ignition Shelden even be on when you have it on accessory that why they call it accessory so you don't have to turn on you ignition if its coming on with in acc. then you have a problem in you ignition switch under the dash
