I believe I over charged my Dodge (its at about 50 lbs/psi) air conditoner. I'm not familiar with these types of air conditoners. Can anyone help me?

You should definatly take your truck to a pro.Chrysler (or Dodge)use about six different systems i.e. thermostatic switch,cycling pressure swith,epr,etr and 6c17 vds systems.The low pressure readings are different on each of these systems.The high side is rule of thumb basic.Take the days temp. and add 100 p.s.i..Even this though can vary by 10 to 20% depending on humidity,electric fan,clutch fan etc.Also too much oil,not enough ,you could end up really messing it up.Have it diagnosed and fixed right,by a pro, and get a guarantee!

Mine went out 3 years ago on my 2000 dodge. it is expensive to fix it. I use mine for work. let me know when you find out.
