I'm getting a tattoo next weekend, where should I put it?

I have a few ideas but what to hear what other people think. Where is the best place to put a tattoo?

Somewhere that you would feel most comfortable with would be best. I have 3, one very big one on my lower back, one on my shoulder and one on my shoulder blade. The one on my lower back hurt the most. The shoulder area is less sensitive. It also depends on the size of the tattoo as to where the best place to put it would be. I personally like tattoos in the neck area, thats where my next ones are going!:) Good luck!

as a girl, I'd rather put a temporary tattoo with water prove than a permanent tattoo. So you can put anywhere you like and you can wipe it off when you don't want it. No hurt at all. Think about it.

you could get it on your back, ankle or collarbone area (somewhere that you could cover up for job interviews, etc.), or on your arm or around your leg... i've seen tattoos pretty much everywhere, from on the top of the head (they have to shave off the hair first) to inside the lip, but if you want a more traditional one then don't opt for those. i've heard that anywhere close to bone (ankle, etc.) it is much more painful, so if you're not prepared to take the pain, then i'd say go for your hip or your back...

Put it somewhere hidden,there is nothing worse than seeing an old woman with a wrinkly tattoo,and believe it or not you will get old one day
