Go to the url that you sent us.

Right click on the picture.

Choose 'save picture as'

name the file

Remember which directory you saved it in.

get a friend to help you with the rest

But the rest should be easy.

this site is awesome! it has a ton of layouts uploaded every day to choose from or in your case you can request a layout to be made. You have to sign up but its free, and then you can just post a comment (which would be your request to have your layout made) and within that day they will respond back to you with everything you need. good luck!
i requested a layout to be made for myself and i love it! they did a good job designing exactly what i wanted!
