I really love the racism in some of these responces... we are such an advanced race. Therefore, to answer your question. I don't think monkey should ask for human rights, because "human" rights means allowing the monkey to be rude, disrespectful, and stupid...

Do you mean the same respect and rights as those given to humans? If you mean that then a monkey would be asking to be treated as if he or she were human and living in an advanced nation where equality and respect exists.
