u must realize that not all things are equal right you buy a gm,ford,chrysler as opposed to lexus mec-benz,they will be more expenisve just as if you buy a caddy vs linc. more cost but america built and done here.great cars but we still havent caught up with the other side look at hundi 10 year 100,000 mile warrantry and well put together one of the best cars ever from korea just keep going and going and no i dont have one but no american company will offer that just check and compare before you buy cost to sevice is high all over labor is very high at mec,benz lexus but so is ford,chevy and all the rest in the area here 75 to 85 an hour so there is one persons thought

The service could be one of the most pricey things since it involves human resource. Given all of the technology any companies have an access to, service quality is where one company would differentiate itself from others. A big amount should then be used to improve this quality. If it costs them money, why not charge it to the customers?
