Democrats taking office in 2008? That's the funniest thing I've ever heard. My dog has a better chance at being president than any Democrat has. Let's go to a fantasty world though and pretend (I know it is reaaallllyy hard to)...PRETEND that Hillary actually became President. Frankly, the country would crap out. Hillary wants universal healthcare which is a big no-no. And women PMS...we can't have that. And I bet Hillary would pull out troops immediately. She's dumb enough to do it.

Back to reality, McCain IS the next President of the US. Troop levels will already be well on the decline by the time he is President and if the war isn't already finished by his first term, I'm sure McCain will find a way to end it without being a pansy (i.e. - liberal method).

They won't because Jb Bush already has the fix in on 2008, and the Democrats are ignoring it.
2004 was stolen by "caging" black voters votes in Florida. This means a list was produced to knock certain folk (Black folk, typically Democrat voters) out of the election. They created false claims of "felon" status and simply did not count thier votes.

In 2008, this is going to be tied to the Latino vote, already the "caged" voter lists are being produced, this is all part of the so-called "immigration debate" and the whole issue of immigration is about the elections mind you...

The fix is in, there are no Huey Longs anymore, no more New Deal, no more people's rights... .they have been systematically eroded over the last 10 years by both parties.

We are not Venezuela... we are a superpower that gained power by exploitation and now that there is nothing left to exploit, we proud Americans, get to live through the new decades of CLASS WAR where our capital is zipped off to India, China etc. and our hard fought for freedoms are simply taken away....

ask any GM worker if you don't believe me. Especially the ones shifted to Delco.

peace.

Personally, I think Hilary Clinton would be a good candidate! She got rid of her problem didn't she? America needs a woman President now. It's pretty obvious the men can't seem to do anything right! They are ALWAYS fighting & spending money that isn't theirs. As for the war? It's all politics. It's time America stops trying to fix everyone else's problems and concentrate on those problems back home.

1. They won't bail on the war but I'm guessing they will work on getting more help globally as Bush should have done in the first place.
2. The economy will begin to recover as a democrat will immediately reinstate the PAY AS YOU GO system in order to balance the budget.
3. WORLD PEACE AND HARMONY FOR ALL!!!!!!!

If by " they" you mean the democrats, look at the news, they want to withdraw now, not in 2008. When we're out, Iraq will become like pre-war afganistan. Then when they bring the war (see World Trade Center) to us and we are attacked in the US daily, all the democrates will blame Bush. But the media will be too busy counting dead American citizens daily instead of dead American Soldiers to notice.

It all depends on their plan, OH MY GOD! They haven't got a plan, all we know about them is, THEY HATE BUSH! That is all they have. That is it... When Bush leaves office they will have nobody to constantly oppose, they will have no direction. Maybe a Democrat president could appoint Bush to his cabinet so he could always ask him, "what do you think about_____?" and do the exact opposite. When Clinton was in office the Dems would always cry about "partisan" politics, and now that's ALL they got.

the world will end, we are in the end times, and Hillary Clinton is quite possibly the anti-christ. If it appears that the states are turning mostly blue during the election, I will be busy gathering food and water to hole up in my basement and await armageddon

It'll be just like when we took over office buildings while protesting in the 60's. We'll get kicked out for trespassing.
