The blend door is vacuum actuated and seems to remain seated when the RPM increases. (The blend door actuator doesn't change positions as RPM increases.) It goes from warm to cool correctly. The system is charged properly. I brought it to the shop and the tech told me everything outside is working properly. I checked all the vacuum connections... they seem to be seated properly.

Well i nkow you said you had it checked and was told it was full of freon. But ive been there done that its 1 can low or 12 oz.

could be over filed with freon and shutting off with 2 much pressure
