put your object in a concentrated solution of HCl (muriatic acid) , the silver will precipitate as silver chloride, you can now filter the solution and keep the silver chloride. Then add ammonia to the silver chloride to solubilise the AgCl. Then put a copper wire in the solution, the silver will precipitate on the copper, put copper until no silver is appering. you can now filter the liquid to obtain pure silver

You have to get some Silver Nitrate(AgNO3), a cheap reagent. Now, in a dilute solution of AgNO3, dip 2 Ag plated articles, connect one to the +ve terminal of a current source (battery or mains) and other to the -ve.

Start the current, Ag will be deposited on the article connected to the -ve terminal.
