i have a bit of a problem @ work i got kind mad at 2 female co worker and havent talked to them for about two weeks what would you think, feel ,say or act about this situation if you wher one of my co workers

It depends on what you did to them if someone would do whatever you did to them would you forgive them???
If you would chances are they will forgive you just go up to them and confront them tell them your sorry it'll all be better.

It depends...if I found you physically intimidating,or was scared 'cos you'd screamed at me,then you would need to take it softly with me...maybe leave a note of apology or a small token as a gesture of friendship and to show you were serious about a reconciliation(a candy bar or single flower would be sufficient if the emotion behind it was genuine).

I guess it would depend on how friendly we were before you stopped talking to me. If we were just casual aquaintances or strict co-workers I probably wouldn't care so much. If we were friends then I probably would have already approached you and asked you why you haven't been talking to me.

IM NOT SURE Y YOU GOT MAD AT YOUR CO-WORKERS BUT, IF IT WAS OUT OF THE BLUE. I WOULD FEEL KINDA BAD FOR YA AND WONDER WHAT WE COULD HAVE DONE TO MAKE SUCH BAD BLOOD.
