Honey i know someone that is 5'2 and weighs 125 and still doesn't have that much belly fat your weight is either average or below average for your height i don't thik you need to loose weight but if you think you do you should do about 50 sit ups a day and also (this requirs a partner) but do gut busters where someone stands up and u lay down, grab their ankles and swing your feet up to the ...have them push ur feet down it will be hard but you need to get your feet back down to about six incheds off the ground...the point is DO NOT LET YOUR FEET TOUCH THE GROUND...thats it <3 xoxoxo

you're not a big girl but if you have some bulge around the belly then sit ups alone will not do the trick. you cannot spot-reduce. I would try for the next couple of weeks cutting out refined sugars and starches. so no sweets and cut back on bread, rice pasta and the such. Drink lots of water and also do some fat burning cardio, the fat will burn off the places you store it first, for you that's the belly.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

I've calculatedyour current Body Mass Index (the measurement of the relative percentages of fat and muscle mass in the human body, in which weight in kilograms is divided by height in meters and the result used as an index of obesity) and it comes out to be 20.7 kg per meters squared. According to the World Health Organization, you are considered normal weight, and do not need to lose weight.
If you still want to lose weight, go for it, but keep in mind that you can also be underweight. Under normal weight, a person can be classified as underweight, and after further weight loss, can be described as ANOREXIC. To remain in the normal weight classification, your BMI (body mass index) needs to be greater than or equal to 19.1 kilograms per meters squared. To achieve this BMI reading at your height of 5'6" (or 66 inches), you need to maintain a weight greater than or equal to 118.5 lbs.
Don't worry about being overweigt. You won't be a little too heave at your age and height unless you reach 160 lbs.
Enjoy life and stop worrying about weight. Everybody gains weight eventually. Be young, because weight is usually an older person's problem.

15 sit ups and 15 crunches and 15 double leg lifts (each leg together from laying to straight up toes pointed
do these exercises every hour for the next week and a half
drink plenty of water the before the big night do them before the shower you get ready you'll look stacked

i do 50 crunches 4 times throughout the day and 100 rite before i go to bed.....so i do about 300 crunches each day ......if you cant do that many then do 15 or 30 crunches 6 times throughout the day and 30 at night....drink lots and lots of water....its better if you dont drink carbonated drinks--soda....

you seem just fine but if you want to feel better about your self turn your so called belly fat into muscle join a local gym and work out every day. you will feel better about yourself and you will look and feel great. although i am sure you look great already.

If you are faithful and do crunches every morning, your abs and glutes will tighten and firm up within those two weeks. Your young and your skin will bounce right back. Good Luck Honey....

i see nothing wrong with your weight. your 14 live it up. besides some guys see your belly fay as cute. and by your height you cant have that much belly fat.
