A mask is a must. A cape is highly suggested. There's a superhero marching band afoot (or awing) called the Superbroke Brass and Tin and Strings Electric Marching Band Ensemble. Check them out at www.myspace.com/superbroke for some more uniform ideas.

It would be form fitting (hopefully the person wearing it is in shape), probably black with a red and black torn cape on the back.
Combat shoes instead of boots because boots just aren't practicle (unless you can fly).
