Forget Rooney... GERRARD, LAMPARD and ENGLAND'S SAVIOUR THE OTHER DAY, TERRY (who saved England from that CERTAIN goal from going in)

Ecuador will be as rough as they want, the English are a bunch of sissies, so Ecuador is gonna feel right at home in the heat and win this one 2-1 on penalty kicks. About 5 yellow cards total with about equal numbers going to each team, no red cards. England's only goal will come on a penalty kick early in the second half and Ecuador's first goal will come midway thru the first half. Both teams will be too tired for there to be any real scoring threats in the second half of the second half and extra time. Ecuador will easily defeat the English on penalty kicks 3-1. It will all be for none however as Ecuador loses to the Netherlands who beat Portugal 2-0. They lose to the Netherlands 3-0. The Netherlands then loses to Brazil, but beats Italy in the third place match making Ecuador the seventh place team and England the fifteenth place team.

Ecuador will win 1-0 or in penalty kicks...they gotta keep possesion of the ball, put pressure on the english midfield by not letting Beckham kick any crosses or assists to Crouch, and also by marking Cole, Lampard and Gerrard so that they can't hit any long range shots...Rooney is not match fit (he has played only 69 min.) and by canceling Beckham they cancel Crouch...there defense is good but Delgado & Tenorio are pretty big and fast forwards, and they should be just fine against Ferdinand & Terry...keep an eye on Antonio Valencia...It's true that England is a powerhouse but if Ecuador plays like they did in the first 2 games (forget the game against Germany, they played with subs)it will be difficult for England to adapt to the south american style of play...and by the way Eric Wynalda (ESPN) agrees with me.

Ecuador 2 to 1....having life in Ecuador for about 2 years and seeing them play AND win against giants Argentina and Brazil I know they have ability to surprise England. England lost Owen, Roodney aint playing 100% and Crouch is sub par to the two starting strikers. England will underestimate the Ecuadorians!

WOW. Talk about different styles. England is like a street-sweeper. Big loud slow dirty but can't be stopped. Ecuador is the cinderela without a real style. The sweeper will rolls over Cinderela and move on!! hahaha. Either the way the Arg vs Mex game will be the best to watch, just because the announcers are Arg and Mex. Can't wait for the annoucers fight to break out.. hahaha.

I think England will win it 2-1. Look for Rooney to get his first goal. I also see lots of yellow cards being handed out.
