I'm a guy and I'm going to answer this anyway.
There is nothing wrong with it. A lot of people have fetishes. Personally I love women's feet (nice ones of course). I know another guy that finds pregnant women sexy. There is nothing weird about that. The only downside to the pregnant thing is most pregnant women will not have sex with you unless you got them that way so you'll just be looking and wishing.
Wow reading all these answers I had to come back and comment more. What idiots! Don't listen to them. They have no idea what fun is. They're too uptight. My girlfriend loves that I love her feet and gets very turned on when I rub them. And Brainyguy has no brains. F'em!

When women are pregnant they release a hormone which makes them more attractive to men. This is so the man will not leave them whilst they are with child. Plus pregnant women have a glow and it shows they are fertile and sexual.
As for the feet, lots of people like feet, i don't think that there is any specific reason for it. But then again fetishes are not to be dwelled on just acted on.

Of course not. Haven't you done a search on porn websites. They're all ABOUT fettishes of all sorts. Some guys love boobs, others legs, some feet. And there are a TON of pregnant porn websites also. Some men find something very sexually attractive about a women who is with child".

actually no,pregnant women are natually sexy men just dont admit it.that should be my next question lol.a foot fetish is actually quite common as well and if you can find a women that enjoys that(like i do)you will have it made honey. that is one way to get me to do anything ! hope i helped.
