National soccers do not have owners, instead the Football Federation which is the governing body of the each country selects a manager to manage the national team. For Example, the US Football Federation selected Bruce Arena and other managers to manage the US National Team. For the World Cup FIFA will pay every participating country 5.7 million dollars plus bonuses and other incentives. The country that wins the world cup may receive additional bonuses from the Football Federation of that country.
