always in it's original labeled container and carry it in your hand luggage, never in checked bags.

I have travelled extensively and I always carry general medicines that too without doctors prescription. What I do is to put all medicines in a carry bag and then put the whole lot in either hand baggage or luggage whatever the case may be at that time. No one questioned me so far.

Make sure the medication is in it's prescribed bottles or box from the pharmacy, it is illegal to carry medication loosely, or in your own containers. I would then take it in your carry on bag.

as long as you have labelled medications on each bottle or box by the pharmacy wherever is fine. if you can get a doctors note that will be sufficient.

Keep them in their containers in a separate bag and carry them with you in carry-on luggage or in your posession at all times even if you have to put other stuff in carry-on luggage.
