those sorts of promotions are usually done by the ballpark rather than by MLB....but i'm sure there aren't any Major League teams that do it...probably some minor league teams do....

a lot of ballparks have a dog day. My cousin took his dog to a game once. They called it "Bark at the Park"

no..............but that may be a good idea for a special promotion. They could hand out little hats for dogs as you enter the ballpark.
